In 2014 a Spokane television station aired a story about money I gave to people experiencing homelessness. I had agreed to speak only if I was not named. That condition was not kept.
After the broadcast, law enforcement reviewed the source of those funds and found they were legitimate.
The only offense for which I have served time in custody was writing checks between my own accounts, totaling less than $3,000, nearly twenty years ago. I take responsibility for that.
I have held dealer licenses in multiple states. None has been revoked for fraud.
